01The knot

Missed messages are missed sales.

Bookings in DMs. Orders in spreadsheets. Customers who stop waiting.

One call. One plan. One price.

A written plan and a fixed price before any work starts.

Answers at 11pm, not tomorrow.

An AI assistant replies from your own information and hands you the rest.

  2. Assistant: Yes. Ali has 11:30 or 2:15 free on Saturday. Which suits you?
  3. Customer: 11:30 please.
  4. Assistant: Booked for 11:30 with Ali. I'll send you a reminder on Friday.

A broken booking app, rebuilt in 7 days

Fixing it was estimated at 100+ hours. I rebuilt it instead, and it was live on both app stores in a week.

AI writing that learns from the editor

A software company had given up on AI writing. Now each article costs about $100 instead of about $900.

    Every item

A client · AI for commerce

Prices and stock, set by data

An engine that tells a commerce business what to charge and what to reorder, item by item.

    How it was built

What I build

Six kinds of work. One person doing it.

Services and pricing
  • Mobile apps for iPhone and Android

One app, both stores, built to survive real users.

  • Websites and web apps

Fast on a phone, found on Google, easy to change.

  • AI agents and automation

Boring, repeated work, done by software that shows its work.

  • Internal tools and dashboards

Replace the spreadsheet everyone is scared to edit.

  • Rescue or rebuild an existing app

Someone else started it. I'll tell you if it's worth saving.

  • Ongoing monthly support

An engineer on call for your product, month after month.

  1. Step 01

    A free first call

Tell me what's slowing you down. I ask a lot of questions, and if software is the wrong fix I'll say so.

  2. Step 02

A written plan with a fixed quote

What I'll build, what it won't do, how long it takes and one price. You know the number before I write a line.

  3. Step 03

    The build

Development or automation, shown to you early and often on your own phone, so nothing is a surprise at the end.

  4. Step 04

    Launch

Live on the App Store, Google Play or your website. I handle the store accounts and the paperwork that stops most first-timers.

  5. Step 05

    Ongoing monthly support

Software needs looking after. A monthly plan covers fixes, small changes, store updates and someone watching for the things that break quietly.

How a project runs

No surprises on the invoice.

You know the price before I start and you see it working long before it's finished.

Your guide

Hi, I'm Najam.

5+ years building apps and automations, usually as the only engineer on the job. Good AI tools let one person ship what used to need a team, without the agency layers.

More about me

After launch

Launch day is day one, not the finish line.

After launch, I stay on as your engineer on a monthly plan, for as long as it's useful to you.

Before you ask

The questions everyone has.

Three promises, in writing

  • The fix-it promise

One fixed price, agreed in writing before I start. If what I deliver doesn't do what the plan says, I fix it at no extra cost.

  • You own it

You own the code, the accounts and the app store listings. No lock-in.

  • A fast first reply

I usually reply within an hour.

What if it doesn't work the way the plan says?

One fixed price, agreed in writing before I start. If what I deliver doesn't do what the plan says, I fix it at no extra cost. The plan is specific on purpose, so you and I agree on what "done" means before I start.

Who owns what you build?

You own the code, the accounts and the app store listings. No lock-in. If the work ever ends, everything stays with you.

How much does it cost?

Small jobs start at $50: a fix, a small automation, a change to a page. Most work is quoted after a free first call, as one fixed price, because it depends on the work. I'd rather not guess a number before I understand the job.

How fast do you reply?

I usually reply within an hour. WhatsApp is the quickest way to reach me.

Where are you based?

Vehari, Punjab, Pakistan, on UTC+5. I work with clients anywhere, in English, over email, WhatsApp and video calls.

Why is there so little client work on this site?

Every client project I've done has been under an NDA, so I describe them without names. I'm happy to walk you through how they were built on a call.
